British Colour Standard - an historical 1930’s colour matching system dating back to the times when dyed strips of ribbon and wool were used to specify colours, for uniforms to flags, and products from post-boxes to battleships - across the then British Empire.

The perfect, classic-shaped mug for a cup of tea or coffee; made from thin, crisp, light white bone china, wrapped in a rich colour decal with the name and number of the depicted colour from the archives.
