Delivery

We aim to despatch your purchases within 24 hours of you placing your order. Orders placed at weekend will be despatched on the following Monday.

Delivery, which is by Royal Mail, generally takes 2-3 working days from the day of despatch.

Delivery charges start at just £2.95 and depend on the weight of your total purchases. Delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout; before you have to commit to any payment.

Returns

You have 30 days to return purchased items to us and we will refund the cost price - conditions apply. Some items, e.g hand creams, are excluded. Please see here for our full refunds policy.
